I've known Naren
and Bahram for several years now. I've taken the older CCNP and CCIE
Written classes with them when it was still offered. They're obviously

Although this was a defining moment in my life, the time I spent

Since I first emailed CXP in Nov 2005 you have both taken such an interest in what I was trying to achieve and have become good friends. I think using CXP for two sessions was a good idea. The first trip helped me understand exactly where I was with my studies and then keep me focused as I toyed away for hours in my home-lab!
Returning for a second session before the exam and completing customized labs sometimes with 2:1(!) instruction meant I could progress quickly through all the published blueprint and stay interested and enthusiastic. As with R&S I found the set classroom times and focus on quality study with a balance of rest/relaxation to be very effective. I look forward to revisiting in order to help me maintain the quality of my certification and to catch up with you both again.

Last month, from Ireland I flew to Chicago and spent two weeks at CyscoExpert’s facility in Arlington Heights, IL, USA, and passed CCIE R&S Lab exam the following week (thankfully!) on my
first attempt! You could really use CXP at any stage of your preparation
as all exercises/lectures are customized for a student. For the two weeks I worked consistently with
the same tutor (Bahram) who is absolutely excellent and a very nice guy.
He was able to spot the weaknesses I had in topics I actually thought I was good at! On the
final day we spent all afternoon just on a whiteboard together with
Bahram pushing me one last time on all those weaker topics to a level which to be honest was probably
way above what is needed for R&S. I left Chicago believing I could
pass. The student:teacher ratio was always 1:1. I never had to wait to get Bahram to help me. Any
exercises were marked and discussed together as soon as I was ready
which was great. One thing I enjoyed was that the atmosphere was very relaxed and well-paced so even
at the end of two weeks I didn't feel overly tired (well, not until the
long travel back to Ireland!) and Naren gave me the brilliant advice to just do nothing until my lab
the following week. So my last weeks’ preparation was plenty of long
walks, sleep, and a few pints of Guinness with my friends!

was tailored to my skills; so, I didn't waste time reviewing
information that I already knew. The instructors are extremely
knowledgeable. I had studied for months, and I knew much of the

hard-to-find information that I had been missing. When I was finished
with my one week class, my technical research was complete. I understood
how all the technologies worked in addition to all the configuration

of less then 300 with both R&S and Security) I am writing this to
thank the awesome instructors at CyscoExpert and give people who have
their minds set on this difficult trail some things to think about. I
have been blessed and fortunate to learn about CyscoExpert from a
posting on GroupStudy a couple of years ago and then to have multiple
opportunities to study at CyscoExpert in Chicago (I live in the
northeast). I went to CyscoExpert for my first CCIE, Routing and
Switching, and then for my second CCIE Security. Routing and Switching
took a longer time to complete because of many reasons (work, personal,
etc.), but I am certain that without the expert instruction and
friendship that I received from CyscoExpert, getting one would have been
many times more difficult and taken longer much less getting a second
only 6 months after the first. I want to do another, but I have put my
personal life on hold for about 2 years - so maybe down the road
someday??

week I spent in Chicago with you and your team was outstanding. I was
able to quickly figure out the concepts troubling me and work on those
issues. The hands
on environment was so much better than the typical lecture and practice approach of other establishments. If I needed help someone was there, if I needed a detailed
explanation of a topic, someone was there. I simply cannot say enough about the ability of the staff. But more than that, the staff was personable, easy to get along with
and genuinely interested in my success. I never felt as if I was just another faceless number going through an impersonal training class. There was more to this class
than just the technical aspect. The instructors took the time to explain the nuances in the questions. A big part of the CCIE lab is understanding what you are being
asked and the instructors and exercises at CyscoExpert really get you thinking and more importantly deciphering the questions to understand the concepts and

I read

Two
CCIEs in less than two months! What more can I say. Let me start by
saying that this is the best technical training program that I have
every taken. The major difference between CyscoExpert and traditional
