The
week I spent in Chicago with you and your team was outstanding. I was
able to quickly figure out the concepts troubling me and work on those
issues. The hands
on environment was so much better than the typical lecture and practice
approach of other establishments. If I needed help someone was there,
if I needed a detailed
explanation of a topic, someone was there. I simply cannot say enough
about the ability of the staff. But more than that, the staff was
personable, easy to get along with
and genuinely interested in my success. I never felt as if I was just
another faceless number going through an impersonal training class.
There was more to this class
than just the technical aspect. The instructors took the time to
explain the nuances in the questions. A big part of the CCIE lab is
understanding what you are being
asked and the instructors and exercises at CyscoExpert really get you
thinking and more importantly deciphering the questions to understand
the concepts and
questions being asked. Mental preparation is so important and I believe
that they understand this. To anybody looking for an edge to conquer
the CCIE, I can think of no
