Nine months on from R&S and I am writing to you (Bahram and Naren) again to say
thanks for all the help you have given me in getting my CCIE Security.
Not just for the classroom training but for all the encouragement by
phone and email too. Since I first emailed CXP in Nov 2005 you have both taken such an interest in
what I was trying to achieve and have become good friends. I think using
CXP for two sessions was a good idea. The first trip helped me understand exactly where I
was with my studies and then keep me focused as I toyed away for hours
in my home-lab!
Returning for a second session before the exam and completing
customized labs sometimes with 2:1(!) instruction meant I could progress
quickly through all the published blueprint and stay interested and enthusiastic. As with
R&S I found the set classroom times and focus on quality study with a
balance of rest/relaxation to be very effective. I look forward to revisiting in order to help me
maintain the quality of my certification and to catch up with you both
again.
