I
just received my score report within that past hour. I passed!! I
would not have done it without both you guys. I will never forget the
time I spent at CyscoExperts, it really clarified things in my head.
For the past two years I'd been reading various documentation and
watching vender videos. But it was honestly refreshing, to sit down
with you guys and have you teach me exactly how things work. I really,
truly felt prepared walking into the exam. It was the first time I felt
in control during the Troubleshooting section. As for the test itself,
in the Troubleshooting section I solved all 10 tickets. I had about 10
mins left in Troubleshooting. I felt very confident going into
configuration, and by lunch time I was feeling really good. I completed
each task the best way I knew how, and I had about 45 mins to review.
