I sat for my fourth attempt Friday at RTP. I had previously read all of the usual books and was relying on self study to get me through. After 3 unsuccessful attempts I realized that I needed something else in order to get the edge necessary to pass. I found out about CyscoExpert from this list. I went there understanding the core technologies, but lacking the ability to "tweak" things as required by the lab exam. I spent 5 days with the crew a week before my test. They were more than helpful and even answered last minute questions for me the night before the exam. I left feeling more confident than ever before about taking the lab.
