I
had been studying alone for some time, I read nearly every CiscoPress
book, and had used numerous practice labs. The problem was that I simply
was not getting fast, I would just plod along and eventually get each
practice scenario completed. I really didn't know if I was even focusing
on the right topics. Or if my answers to configuration questions were
the right interpretation. So I needed help and validation. After doing
some research I found that CyscoExpert was the only CCIE trainer that
provided one on one exposure to multiple CCIE's. So not only did I get
the feedback that I sorely needed I got several different perspectives,
and I was able to learn several different ways to look at a problem.
Having that many CCIE's around also gives you the motivation to get
faster, and I needed that. Oh and their practice scenario's, OUCH! They
were much harder then the real LAB, and yet by the end of my stay there,
I was ripping through them. All I can say is, when I took the Lab I had
all afternoon to review and work through the difficult problems.
CyscoExpert put me over the top!
